My Business Tech Stack

I get several questions about the technology I use.

Here it is, plus what I stopped using and what I am looking to upgrade or add.

I hope you find something new that works for your business!

My current business tech stack

What I dropped and may drop

  • Writing: 750words (Dropped: Liked Typshare better due to the templates)

  • SEO: SEMRush (May Drop: It is overload and fairly pricey since I am using it as a DIY tool instead of using it as an offering to my clients)

  • Video Conferencing: Teams (Dropped: Did not integrate with HubSport)

  • Assessments: SurveyMonkey Pro (Going to downgrade the level, but keeping SurveyMonkey)

  • Phone: Kixie Phone (May drop and just use my cell phone)

  • Blog: Medium (Dropping in May when the subscription is up; not worth the effort to have my blog here.)

  • Blog: MailChimp (Dropping soon: Migrating to HubSpot for simplicity.)

  • Social Media Scheduling: Sendible (Dropped: Can now schedule on LinkedIn directly.)

  • Social Media Scheduling: Hootsuite (Dropped: Functionality would only allow for posting and analytics on my business page on LinkedIn; I needed it more for my personal page.)

What I am looking to add or upgrade

  • Custom Integrations: Zapier (I think this will be the biggest game changer for me.)

  • Online Courses: Teachable

  • Follow Up E-mail Marketing: Salesreach.io (Also really excited about this tool.)

  • Graphics: Dall-E 2

  • Website: HubSpot (Integrates better with my sales process than Squarespace.)

  • Microphone: Rode Pod Mic (Upgrade: Since I am almost all virtual, my sound is becoming more important to me.)

If you use these tools, let me know what you think!
